Hulls

All Hulls are NOT created equal!

Hulls are the empty container for shotshell components. Although SAAMI standardized the dimensions of shotshell hulls. There are many different variations. High Brass, Low Brass, and Paper, and Unibody are some examples. You have straight and tapered internal walls. What's important is the inside volume. The difference of internal base design is what truly causes inequality. Hull bases increase or decrease the volume by raising and lowering the floor of the hull. It is DANGEROUS to mix reloading data for one specific hull with another.
