What tools are required?

A Scale that will measure in grains.

  Scale 1000 grain beam scale hornady beam scale    
           
Common scales are Digital and Beam. The digital is either powered by battery or household electric. A beam scale uses a fulcrum to balance the beam. Indicating the proper weight.
 
  Mini screwdriver needle Nose Pliers Razor Knife    

A Mini screwdriver, needle nose pliers, and razor knife are needed to disassemble your defective shells.

  Shotshell Unloader shotshell trimer spin&trim hull trimer    
The wooden unloader cuts the hull in the middle. The Trim Doctor comes with adapters for multiple functions. The Spin & Trim trims the hull mouth.
 
    Skiver      
Skivers: Taper the inside of the hull mouth. This makes fold crimps much easier to complete.

Powder Trickler allows you to dribble powder onto a scale.
 
    Primer pocket Conditioner      
Primer pocket conditioner: Resizes the primer pocket with a tap of a hammer.
